Shake well prior to use to ensure thorough mixing of our unique formula, which differs to that of a traditional mousse. Keeping the can upright, spray directly on towel dried hair (not in the palms first) concentrating on the roots (or wherever you need extra lift/hold). For maximum root support, lift sections of your hair to apply. Blow dry, styling hair as desired. Enjoy lasting volume and hold.

Aerosol Care: After each use, spray the product upside down for a second to clear the nozzle and prevent clogging. If the nozzle becomes clogged, remove it and clean/soak it with warm water to break down the product trapped within. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, to maintain its integrity and effectiveness.

Yes. We can confirm that our collection does not contain either of these ingredients. Limonene and linalool are usually found in fragrances, which we exclude from our formulas. Learn more about this here.
No. The Olsson Scandinavia collection does not contain EDTA (Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid).

Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) is created through a different process to that of sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). It uses a process called ethoxylation where ethylene oxide is added to change the makeup of the compound. This process means SLES is much more gentle and ideal for use on both hair and skin. It doesn’t strip the epidermis of any excess moisture, leaving it feeling soft, smooth and nourished.

Those pesky caps

Sensitive Styling Mousse Spray is an excellent product and the delivery was very speedy as usual. However I was disappointed to see that you have returned to the small caps which are almost impossible to take off. I had ordered 2 sprays and my husband and I each tried to remove the caps. We eventually managed it by using spoons as levers but subsequent openings are just as difficult. We've overcome the issue by slitting the side of the cap so that finger pressure at the top of the cap opens the bottom slightly - enough to make the cap easy to remove. Now I'll have to tape them shut when travelling but at least they're useable now.

A bit disappointing

I’m a great fan of your products, however I’ve just bought this and used it 3 times. I’m not liking the way it feels in my hair, it’s a bit sticky and leaves my hair feeling heavy and a dirty even though I have put it on freshly washed hair. I found it nearly impossible to style my hair with this product and my hair didn’t hold its shape.
I bought as your suggested replacement for the leave in conditioner which is brilliant but you seem to have deleted.
I do not recommend this product.
