Although I like the product (and love the shampoo)
I would prefer it to be a bit thicker- which makes it easier to apply.
The bottle I find difficult- it’s hard to get the conditioner out and the bottle is slippery. I’d much prefer it in the same type of tube as the shampoo which I can easily squeeze. The conditioner bottle is hard and therefore difficult to squeeze with one wet hand.

I love this conditioner and use it every time I wash my hair. My hair feels so healthy now that I’m using this, as it was limp and dry before, but now has more life and shine to it.
However, the bottle has shrunk from the previous version. Why is it so much smaller? And so much smaller than the shampoo bottle! (They used to be the same volume. Now: shampoo 350ml, conditioner 250ml.) I can’t be the only one who uses up the conditioner MORE quickly than the shampoo, can I? Sorry to complain, but it’s not practical running out of conditioner so fast compared with the shampoo, and seems a lot pricier for the size.

This is the first time I used this conditioner and the results are excellent. My scalp is no longer red with my eczema.

I like the conditioner but hate the new bottle . The plastic is hard and product gets wasted as it is impossible to get it all out. Who ever designed it? Obviously a shrinkflation idea but please bring the old container back and charge more .

I love using the sensitive shampoo and conditioner. They leave my hair perfect and don’t give me eczema like a number of other products do. That said the product packaging has gone down hill significantly. What a faf to have the product sit upside down and difficult to get out.
