  • Absolutely! Online (interactive) product training is available free and frequently. Simply let us know that you wish to be included in a coaching session and you will be added to the mailing list of upcoming dates and times. We also provide detailed product guides, available to download in your Retail Account.

  • All orders include copies of our retail selling guide. These are also customer friendly and include all the information you need to expertly and confidently assist your customer. If you would like images for social media promotion (advisable), get in touch with the PR and Marketing team who will assist you with this.

  • Free delivery is applied automatically to all orders over £500. Delivery is charged at £4.95 for all orders under.

  • The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 6 of each SKU you wish to retail. Opening order MOQs also apply.
